Lucia Zimmitti

Lucia has been guiding people in the art of writing for years, both as a high school English teacher and a writing instructor at the college level. She tries to live by the rule that "all writing is re-writing." Her fiction and poetry have been recognized through various awards and have been published in national literary journals.
She is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, New England Storytellers, The Assembly on Literature for Adolescents (ALAN), and the Editorial Freelancers Association.
Lucia regularly presents writing workshops and classes at conferences, retreats and writers groups ("virtually" through Skype or teleconference as well as in person). Contact her if you're interested in a presentation for your writing event.
