My review is stuck
Reviews typically complete in one to two minutes. Longer manuscripts can take up to five. If a review has not finished after five minutes, the page will surface a failure state with a refund button. You can also close the tab; we email you when the review is ready.
I don’t see a review I purchased
Every review has a unique URL that loads as soon as payment completes; we also email it to the address Stripe captured at checkout. If you lost both, email support and include the date of purchase plus the email used or the last four digits of the card. We’ll look it up and resend the link.
A reviewer made a mistake
AI reviewers can hallucinate citations, miss field-specific norms, or misread the manuscript. Treat every substantive claim as a starting point for your own judgment, not authoritative guidance. If an entire section of a review is plainly wrong (empty, off-topic, or fabricated), email support for a refund.
How private is my manuscript?
Author-blind mode is on by default — author names and affiliations are stripped before the AI sees the text. Source files are deleted after the review is generated. Anthropic’s API does not use your content to train models. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Refund a review
Failed reviews show a refund button on the review page. For other cases (wrong tier, defective output), email support within 24 hours of purchase. See the Refund Policy for the full set of conditions.
